Race Day Requirements
Please ensure that all members of your group arrive at the centre and
are registered and paid in full at least 30 minutes prior to
their first race. Late arrivals may result in a loss of your booking.
Every racer must agree to the terms and conditions in our registration
form before racing. This can be completed before the event at this
page or on the day.
However, racers will still need to check in at the front desk upon
arrival.
Other Important Information
(it is your responsibility to ensure everyone in your group is aware of these points)
- Closed-toe shoes are required.
- You must have zero alcohol present in your system to race and you may be breathalysed.
- For hygiene purposes, all participants are required to wear a balaclava under our helmets. These can be purchased for $4 at the venue, or you can bring your own if you already have one. You may also bring your own helmet, provided it complies with the standards [AS/NZS 1698], [ECE 22.05], or [ECER 22.05].
Important Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstance. If a booking is canceled or changed more than 24 hours before the event, we may offer a 50% credit at the manager's discretion. There are no refunds or credits within 24 hours of your booking. For all bookings in December, no refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations or changes. This includes Christmas functions, which must be fully paid by 1st December. No exceptions will be made beyond this date.
